Olde Severna Park Improvement Association (OSPIA) is the homeowners group for our neighborhood. Our main focus is around our beach area which features a very nice sandy beach that our children enjoy swimming in. We have two piers, piling slips, and moorings for our boaters. We have Kayak rack storage also available.
Our property features a beautiful Pavilion that was built by our members in 2000 and we are working on adding a clubhouse so that our facilities will be year round.
Due to our walking distance to Severna Park Elementary and Severna Park High School, we have a lot of young families who raise families with us and we have 2nd and 3rd generation families which speaks to the love our neighbors have of our community.
Many of our homes sell with out going on the market so it is good to contact any friends you have here to keep an ear out for an available home or one of our Real Estate people who live in OSP. They know who is thinking of moving and they have a gate pass to show you our beach area.
